Under his guidance multiple products were introduced in India like Rock Breaker, Grapple, and Rock drill, Mini Excavator, Motor Grader and many more also established a well-equipped manufacturing facility on shirval which is again a big mule stone in history of fine. He is a motivator and also involved in CSR activities.
